Digger has what I would call a normal-sized canine tongue:
Sunny, not so much:
Actually the more I look at it, I start thinking maybe it's Digger who's the freak. He has quite the wee pink little tongue doesn't he? What a dandypants.
P.S. Sunny doesn't have a cardiac condition. Vet says purple splotchy tongue is seen in Ridgebacks. She does obviously need orthodontics, though.

Casto: I just followed your links to your blog & Dogster pages (I left each of them a virtual bone). Your two Malamute boys and Siberian girl are beautiful dogs. Wish I could have a brood like that, but cats fit into my studio apartment in Chicago a whole lot easier!
