I wish it were possible to make a living blogging about dogs and their penchant for nomming sticks

Firefly was rolling around in the grass being adorable for the camera when she spotted that stick at the 8 o’clock position, and then she did a serpentine crawl over to it like she was in Marine training, and then she ate it.

And then she lay like this for an hour, presumably to ensure nobody shut the door before she was finished enjoying the beautiful day. Crafty little bugger.

Hi, Rachel, well if anyone could make a living blogging on dogs and sticks, you could. But… blogging about anything is a hard way to make a living. I noticed on the previous post some commenters suggested different types of mouses (mice?). I prefer trackballs, and have used Logitech trackballs on various computers I’ve owned. Here is the latest one I’ve been using since 2011:

Makes more sense to me to put the ball on top and roll it with your thumb than maneuver through all the junk on my desk. Be patient, take it easy, and let your arm heal.

I just had another thought. You might write a shott book about adopting Primo in Italy and then Firefly in Texas, add pictures, blog entries and sell it as a Kindle book. You could promote that on your site and promote your site in the book. It might do very well. No sense in letting a good story go to waste.

A happy dog story always makes the day go by better. Even when stuck changing diapers on windows PCs all day long, Firefly and her Stick bring sunlight into the murk.

    More please ;)

  5. Think about it: How often will any of us be as happy as a dog chewing a stick in the sunshine? Just look at the contentment on Firefly’s face. Sigh.

Tie a gopro to a stick, and give it to the pups – instant cool videos.

Yeah, it’s been done before, but not with Primo/Firefly!
